FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

  • Will you guarantee that my pet will be cremated?
Yes. The pet owner has the option of witnessing any part of the cremation process, at no additional cost.

  • If I have my Pet put to sleep at a Veterinary Clinic, how do I get it to the Cemetery?
Regardless where you pet is at the time of passing, we will pick it up. All you have to do is call the Cemetery and make the arrangements.

  • How long does the Cremation process take?
Typically 1 full day, ultimately depends on the weight of the animal. We will try to have the cremains of any animal available to the owner within a 2-3 day period, excluding weekends or holidays. This will depend on the workload.

  • Can I purchase a lot, or lots in advance of my animal passing?
We encourage purchasing a lot in advance. It is easier for you to purchase at lot now, as compared with the stress for you and your family during the passing of your animal.

  • Can I have a funeral, or gravesite viewing for my Pet?
Yes. Neither is required, however, most people have a more complete grief recovery with some degree of closer. It is ultimately up to you.

  • Can I bury my pet at my home?
We would advise you to contact your local authority for clarification of this question. Laws vary from one municipal to the other. However, cremated pets, stored in urns, can be kept in the home. Also, if your local authorities give you clearance to bury your pet at home, we have caskets and markers you can purchase for this purpose.
